CS noted it down and refunded without a word. Not sure she likes me very much... is it her money?? :snow_laug

Pampers Baby Wipes SEL £2.29 with BOGOF

At the til Pampers Baby Wipes 2 x £2.29 correct price but the BOGOF value is £2.49!!!

Positive mis-price - each pack works out £1.04p thats cheap...

They looked like bulldogs sucking a thistle.

My local Tesco had the PS2 King Kong game stickered at £24.99 but scanned at £29.99. Full refund + game given.

I was out looking for the items on the cp jackson site and picked up a bottle of rum. The Shelf price was £13.33 or something like that but I was charged 15.74.

I know it is terrible i had one bottle and when it over scanned I ran back and got another 2. so 3 bottles and a refund of £45 odd quid. yippie. I always miss the misprices.

customer services were not very nice though. there was a lot of whispering between her and her collegue and then she came over and said "would you accept the difference?"

i replied politely "but that is not what your policy states.

Bagged myself two lovely joints for Xmas.

Also got Lemon and Garlic chicken in a bag. SEL £2.99, pack price £3.99. Got two of them aswell!

CS very polite and helpful. Refunded £25 without batting an eyelid. :xmastree:

In T Fforestfach Swansea tonight. Checked my receipt to find that pringles 3 for £2.75 wasn't given. Had to look close as there was a 2 for £1.80 plus the third one, taking it to £3.18.
No probs with refund.
