Surely it looks very suspicious if we scan things in front of CS. Wouldnt CS then quickly go to shelf and reprice SEL so it scans at SEL price. Then by the time we got checked out through the till and back to CS for the refund, CS would then deny it all.

Tell me. If I scan something in store and it scans at higher price then does that automatically qualify me for the rr when I go through the till?

WOW got my first misprice just now :j :j

Digilogic 14 inch tv with teletext (silver) priced up as £47.97 and £49.97..... charged £49.97

After 20 mins with 2 managers they finally reluctantly gave me a full refund and kept the tv. They said the difference will do when the policy poster was 1 foot behind them. I kept pointing that one out

Yes that seems to be the way they go if it’s a mistake that you have been ripped off they don’t like R&R and will argue, if it’s deliberate they don’t mind R&R. correct me if I am wrong but that looks like their policy.

Yes they tried that with me this morning when getting the 14' Digilogic tv r&r.
I just kept on stating that it was THEIR mistake and Their poster / policy is to refund me and let me keep the goods. I said that if they still said no, I was going to phone head office whilst at the service desk and see what they said. In the end they just refunded me.. They were not best pleases especially the guy on the desk!!!

We never seem to have any posters advertising the cd/dvd of the week and wondered why!! Maybe they know we will hit them!! I look avidely for the posters but they are never there.
