Just got prodigy cd scanned at £8.97, poster £7.97 Sel £9.77. They said we should be happy we got it for less than SEl. Yeah!!! R & R given after a good glare.

hi, just got a slim ps2 with gran turismo in the hanley stoke on trent store for free!! this is probably the 4th missprice i have had in two weeks. most of them from the longton store but in the hanley branch they had this SEL 97.73 or somthing like that, charged £114.91. went to CS and informed them and they give me the runaround for ages going to different staff and in the end they came back and offered me the difference and a £10 voucher! i was like no way! look at your policy and without even looking she said yes of course and refunded me which proves the voucher was just them trying to fob me off! o well i still got it in the end. oh and i got polar express dvd at the same time too which they r&r fine poster said 9.97 charged 11.97.

i love TESCO!!!

Watch out for pre-packed Mackerel. I've now seen it in two stores where the SEL is around £3.47 per kg and the pack is about £5.48.

Also had Disney CD, Housework Songs & I love the 60s CDs today - £8.97 on poster - all charged considerably more.

It's absolutely clear that the regular CD !!!!-ups against the posters is a major failure at HO.

No problems with refunds, though, now I do try to accompany the CS staff to the shelves to show them the labels / posters - saves a lot of time.

organic sirloin steaks at Tesco Brighouse, £14.49 per kg pack, £13.99 SEL, CS very snotty and would only refund one pack.....

managed to get The Beatles cd sel £8.97 charged a staggering £15.99 and also got How to be a Popstar,£9.97 sel, poster £5.97,had a problem at the start at C/S but politely refused their offer of difference refunded .Happy New Year Mr T ;o)

DigiLogic 14" charged 149ish one small SEL mentioned 147ish (oh dear). One refund. No hassle. Free TV to replace the 25 year old portable in the bedroom. Thank you Dundee Riverside.

Actually I can't remember which one was the 5.97 DVD I'm going on a very bad memory! - apologies!
