Had a leg of lamb today - it was the plastic/vaccum wrapped one - not the one on the tray - SEL said £4.99 kilo - priced/charged £5.99 kilo

If anyone is after the 14" TV I noticed them priced incorrectly at Blackpool today but couldn't be bothered to get one.

On the Run by Gregg & Gina Hill and Going Postal by Terry Pratchett both stickered at £3.73 but scanned at £4.97.

CS refunded and changed the inhouse system prices, this was at Cambridge.

Organic whole chickens SEL £4.29-stickered@£4.99.This always seems to be a missprice at my local store(long eaton).3 different SEL,s in the last 3 weeks & all OC,s.I did not take as i have ample supplies.

Got my first! Essential Hits SEL 14.97, poster 8.97, charged 14.97 at the Infirmary Tesco in Hillsborough. Loads more CDs there with the same thing but don't won't to be greedy!

Customer service person went to check price, came back and told me it was correctly priced on the SEL, said again there was a poster and he offered to refund the difference. Feigned confusion and pointed out their policy, quick call to the manager and I got R&R.

SEL and pack price differ considerably

Total refund £19.57 from a £21.00 spend and I must say the CS lady was politeness itself, a pleasure to do business with

Couple of finds today:

Easy one first: Young's twin packs of frozen Cape Hake fish (available in Lemon&Herb and Mediterranean flavour packs) - FLASHED ON BOX as Buy One / Get One FREE, but didn't go through as that on the till (£2.49 each, so £4.98 back on my card). I'm suspecting this is older stock, so dig deep to find them...

Next was a biggie :-)

Dyson DC07 HEPA/Allergy Vacuum Cleaner (Stand up version in Blue/Purple/Silver colours) BIG yellow SEL offering it at £179.95 (expired 31.12), was charged full price of £249.95 - Customer Services lady refunded without problems.

Nice!! My smile from getting the Free PC and TFT TV last week was *almost* wearing out, so this certainly put it back!
