N'pton both the Housework cd's and the Essential Hits cd's mispriced. Weston Favell wouldn't give refund even after very nice customer service assistant said she thought we were right after she was told not to and got duty manager. Beware there are quite a few like the charlotte church which are different on the poster to the shelf edge but you are charged the lower.

I got the Foo Fighters - In your honour double cd (sticker says £5.97, scans at £8.97). It is on offer at the lower price but in the chart at the higher price. Refund given without having to ask.

Chicken breast kievs - SEL £1.99, stickered £2.99, charged £2.99.
Roast in the bag butter chicken - SEL £2.99, stickered £3.99, charged £3.99.
All CDs mentioned above scanning at the higher price.

loads of cds wrongly priced on the posters lots have been mentioned, but i found some that have yet to be mentioned
ultimate dance cd& dvd poster says 8.97 scanned at 12.97
childrens collection 3 cds poster price 8.97 scanned at 12.97
acoustic love poster price 8.97 scanned at 12.97
eagles 2x cds with a white cover stickered at 9.97 and scanned at 17.97
refunded no problem, cs staff were joking about this being how they make so much money at tescos.

Talking of East Anglian Stores, the New Sprowston Extra store were mispricing Organic Chickens last night (4.50 (ish) kg on shelf, 4.99 on item) and also the old, reliable, Butter Basted Chicken in a bag.

H/E chicken fillets price on 3!! SEL's was £6 per kg, price on pack £7.50 per kg , took 1 pack worth £5.60, there were more on the shelf.

3 CS assistants debating where the overprice was as I had paid the price on the pack ie £5.60 - so I had to explain.

Off one went to come back with 1 of the SELs said yes the customer is right, they then debated what to do about a refund - would it be the difference or full refund? and also they didnt know what to do with the SEL as it was on offer until 14/01. They replaced it!! and didnt sticker the packs up at all so they will be overcharging other customers who dont notice :mad:

I got full refund but as I was packing my bag back up one of the CS assistants came back having spoken to the Meat Section manager saying stop the refund if they hadn't already done it as the tills were taking the £1.50 per kg off automatically - what a load of tripe!!!! :rolleyes:

Anyway off I trotted with a big smile and thanks to the CS assistant :snow_laug

The promotion for £7.97 DVDs of 3 for £19 finished a few days ago but there was still a whole display of them with the labels on in a store I went to this morning. The DVDs now scan at £6.44 each with no multibuy reduction - so 3 = £19.32.

As there was another (unspecific) multibuy reduction on my receipt, CS were adamant that a discount for the DVDs had been applied. I had no alternative but to go and buy another 3 to demonstrate that the multibuy discount was not being applied :snow_grin

After querying the obligatory (64p) difference refund, and with the authorisation of a summoned bloke in a suit, I was eventually given the full £38.64 refund and the 6 DVDs.

Mariah Carey - The Emancipation of Mimi Sel £9 odd poster £7.97 charged £9.00 after showing her the price on the poster, she asked if she could refund it and then charge me again at the correct price, I said oh I thought I got it for nothing to which she immediately agreed.

i got the mariah carey album earlier, also noticed that the Foo fighters album is scanning at the poster price not the SEL price

Got the best of 1980s 3 cd set and noticed that The very best of Power Ballads is also scanning wrongly £12.97 poster £9.97 I think,Kaiser Chiefs as also mentioned
