Why not? It's true....they show no interest in getting a job just talking about robbing cars etc

For those saying get a job etc ..change the record...i assume you are working which leads me to the question why are you reading a board about benefits? (are you fraudulent claimers or just incredibly bored?)

    Thanks all who provided info

realitybet, not everyone on JSA is a chav. How would you feel if someone said that everyone on IB was a chav?

Perhaps you would be better to discuss your options with the CAB or the Jobcentre than on here?

You've managed to blag the social for over a year now so think yourself lucky and get a job.

I notice that you say you cant apply for jobs because of your social phobia but your EXCUSE for not going on new deal or any government training is that the place is full of chavs!!

As I said get a job you lazy git!!

I didn't say everyone on JSA was a chav! Have you ever been on one of these new deal courses? Do you realize what these are like for someone with social phobia?

ian you didn't answer my question? why are you reading benefit boards and doing free sim card scams if you have a job? Do you work for Macdonald's or are you fraudulently claiming?

My CBT therapist & doctor says i'm not ready for work that's good enough for me. I will be appealing with the help of legal experts and also pursuing lines to get these medical "experts" who lied on my application struck of the medical register.

EDIT: A search of your previous posts is telling

I work from home if you can call p1ssing around on the computer work!!! lol
Pays the bills though so cant complain.

Maybe you should take your own advise mate.

I think you need to take a step back from all of this, as you are making yourself look a bit silly.

You said that the courses are 'full of chavs'. Do you know this for a fact? As your have been on IB for some time I doubt that you do.

You do not need legal expertise to pursue your appeal, as this will cost you money that you clearly do not have at the moment. CAB, or perhaps a MIND advocate, will be able to help you with your appeal, and will quite possibly have more experience in this area than a solicitor.

You never mentioned the phobia when you mentioned new deal training , you only said you were not going there because of the chavs.

As for answering your question well I did not know that it was directed at me.
No I dont have a job and haven't had a job for a few years now and I do make my living pi$$in round on my computers (as you pointed out above after desperately searching my previous posts to see if you could catch me out somehow )
and I make a right few quid doing it.
I pay tax, NI, pay my council tax, bills etc and also have a fat wad in the bank.
Just because you dont like crowds doesn't stop you from earning money and paying your way.

    What free sim scam?

A bit hypocritical telling me to get a job when you yourself don't have one? non? Also accusing me of being a 'lazy git' when by your own admission you sit around 'p!ssing around on the computer' all day?

DMG yes I went on one of these courses around 7 years ago...if someone is incapable of work due to social phobia I can assure you these New Deal courses are not at all suitable either. I appreciate your advise regarding CAB and having a MIND advocate, if not your liberal lecture.

Has your social phobia just started? One of your posts earlier this month ( 2nd May 2008) said that you wanted to borrow £8000 from a Tesco loan. A bit risky if you're planning to stay on IB.

I was posting on behalf of a friend...I don't think I could afford £8000 loan whilst being on incapacity benefit !

I see you're 60 years old and have just retired to take a state pension? Why retire at 60? state pension eh? Why not a company one? I presume you would have one as you have previously worked in a call centre where they are standard?

Another hypocrite...enjoy your free bus travel.

I retired at 60 because i can afford it. I worked all these years and have a state pension and a company one. I also have no mortgage or debt due to hard work. I only worked in a call centre for 3 months when I was made redundant as I didn't want to claim benefits. I still pay tax so have the right to an opinion about benefits even if you don't agree with it. You have a right to your opinion too.
I do enjoy my free bus travel and will look forward to my winter fuel allowance.
