this thread is no where near as strange as the inability of some people to understand the very simplest of facts

SELF-EDITED due to too many spelling mistakes from typing whilst choking with laughter.

Actually, I'm seriously considering entering this post for the £50 post of the month award. It might not have been helpful to me, but it certainly gave me a good twenty minutes of merriment.

You've seen what he's like here, can you imagine what he'll be like in court!
Perhaps MSE in an effort to save face on all, we should sell seats at £10 each. I could do the Hotdogs and have Film Rights. This way if more than 20 of us turn up, hey presto, both parties happy, an impromptu MSE get together and the excess could be used to liquidate a local bar afterwards.

In all seriousness (honestly) is it legal for the radio firm to print off the original thread and use it as evidence in court? I don't recall giving permission for my posts to be used for this purpose and will go for quite a large sum of compensation if any of my words are used in court. ;)

OP, can you clarify? Is it the whole thread or just your posts that they are using?

I do not want to blow your head off, but this is the second thread.

Here is the first thread, from the top. Do you think it would make a decent half hour sitcom?

I think it is the OPs ability to read T&Cs that they are interested in! As for clarity, some of us has been waiting a while!

Yeah, I know, I got just as many laughs out of the first one. ;) It was this specific post of MDB's that should get some kind of award though, when you consider that he admits to making a purchase without reading the t's and c's that admittedly, stitched him up like a kipper, but were in fact, t's and c's.

It would make an excellent sitcom, but if we have another month of this, I think you should go for a six-parter.

well freddie , and all other, helpful people, i promise no more non-sense if i can make a simple request for help?
In all sets of terns and conditions published by companies there is a disclaimer that goes something like this
    "Your statutory rights remain unaffected"
Anyone care to expand or state where this comes form?

    Isn't it obvious?
