this thread is no where near as strange as the inability of some people to understand the very simplest of facts0

You've seen what he's like here, can you imagine what he'll be like in court!0

In all seriousness (honestly) is it legal for the radio firm to print off the original thread and use it as evidence in court? I don't recall giving permission for my posts to be used for this purpose and will go for quite a large sum of compensation if any of my words are used in court.
OP, can you clarify? Is it the whole thread or just your posts that they are using?0 -
Actually, I'm seriously considering entering this post for the £50 post of the month award. It might not have been helpful to me, but it certainly gave me a good twenty minutes of merriment.
Here is the first thread, from the top. Do you think it would make a decent half hour sitcom?Got both sides telling me they are right??

Here is the first thread, from the top. Do you think it would make a decent half hour sitcom? It was this specific post of MDB's that should get some kind of award though, when you consider that he admits to making a purchase without reading the t's and c's that admittedly, stitched him up like a kipper, but were in fact, t's and c's.

It would make an excellent sitcom, but if we have another month of this, I think you should go for a six-parter.0 -

In all sets of terns and conditions published by companies there is a disclaimer that goes something like this
"Your statutory rights remain unaffected"
Anyone care to expand or state where this comes form?
Isn't it obvious?0 -
well peeps in very simple language so you can understand, if you find the answer to the above question you will answer every other question you have raised and realise just how foolish all your "anti" statements are.click here to achieve nothing!0
