@graym-me
Yes the first offer i received from ice mentioned the "meester report", i may have thanked them for acknowledging they were blatantly in breech of at least one consumer protection act and would gladly pass this on to the court
Was their offer sent "without prejudice"? If so, you can't show it to the court but they can if they withdraw the "without prejudice" status.From MSE Martin - Some General Tips On Holiday Home Organisations and Sales Meetings
DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE!0 -
I'm sorry, i cant show it to the court how? is this not a free country?
Not if they state "without prejudice" - AFAIK it is quite a common legal term used in lots of such preliminary negotiations.
Perhaps if you stop slagging off dmg24 and ask nicely, she will explain it.

and i still feel that way,
The term wo prejudice is a mere cop-out and even if successfully entered with a judge it only means i cannot use it as "evidence" to support my case, nothing else
it certainly does not apply in cases where possible criminal charges may be broughtclick here to achieve nothing!0 -
As a side note i have agreed that the management of two threads is getting confusing for all concerned, please use this thread to comment on the concept of threads being used against consumers etc and the OP for comment about my case specifically
