These threads on the car stereo fitter are so exciting, can somebody merge them please, or is the OP going to start another, so we can have chapter three of this saga (or is that SOGA), The ICE Fitter Nose Best. As I have my own media company, can I have the film rights, OP pm if you think this is a goer!0

Is the bit you put in bold too deep for me?
I took a look at the ICE website, you have to accept their T&Cs to make the order (indicating you read them).
I didn't order nor read them, but OP's argument in court better be more than, I wasn't informed of any T&Cs, and more down the 'meester' route.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
This coming from someone who thinks "I couldn't be bothered to read the terms and condidtions" is a good legal argument!
Ummm when buying xmas presents, working full time as well as usual family commitments plus travelling 900 mile round trip to visit a very very sick mother, Is it any wonder i really didn't?
And just for reference can you point to the post where i state that is a "good legal argument"? or are you another troll posting what's in your disturbed mind rather than fact?Iamthesmartestmanalive wrote: »Exactly they are just settling to save themself the embarassment of having to watch you talk !!!! in court and embarass yourself:D
LOL afer your last post arguing with somebody agreeing with you, i just gotta laugh
Sure companies back out of court all the time to save the opponent embarrassment
It's not nice to see someone blush.
I love the irony in your name
freddie, i really like the idea of a third chapter to make the thread more readable minus trolling/flaming but love seeing the view numbers going up, wonder if they can be merged too?
@graym-me
Yes the first offer i received from ice mentioned the "meester report", i may have thanked them for acknowledging they were blatantly in breech of at least one consumer protection act and would gladly pass this on to the courtclick here to achieve nothing!0 -
