I have BT Vision and must say I'm very happy with it. When I signed up to BT broadband Option 3, 12 months ago, I got BT Vision installed for free. I currently subscribe to the Sports package for £14 a month where I get Setanta and a whole load of other sports content to view on demand.
The Vision box itself is a BT branded product that allows you to pause and record live TV, much like a Sky+ box. Also offers the ability to record a whole series and view on demand progammes (at a fee).
Highly recommended, a freeview recorder will cost you around £60 alone. So its worth it just for that!0 -
pricey, but good quality service, rang thier call centre (India I think) very helpful, and it was to sepak to someone who knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. 30 mins later got a courtesy call back if everything was ok.
Previous provider was tiscali who were cucking frap on every level."An arrogant and self-righteous Guardian reading tvv@t".
!!!!!! is all that about?0 -
Also switched from Tiscali to BT and had a similar experience by the sounds of it. Connection was an issue initially, but got some very helpful advice from India (despite not being up with Mac OS!), and even had a courtesy FREE call out from a BT engineer to check all was ok and working!
Will consider the option3 package. Setanta has some good games, what else do you get? And how much in total per month, or is the £14 the total a month? Thanks in advance
