Judging from the sounds, it's just as much as they can possibly pack. And whether he's going to his parents' or going to another house, you can bet it'll be within 1 mile of here.
Has he thanked you for packing up all his stuff?0 -
I only know they left by the sound of the front door closing.
The spare room is empty! Hurrah!
Under the stairs hasn't been touched... he may have assumed that I moved it up to the spare room...Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
BTW I'm convinced that what I just wiped off the spare bed base wasn't actually spit... that would be weird... but then I equally can't think how else it could have gotten there considering how it was piled up with bags and boxes before they arrived..?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0

Are you going to text him and remind him the rest of his stuff is under the stairs? The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I'll wait ten minutes or so, just in case he is actually planning to return for it...
I'm thinking either:
1. He's coming back for it
2. He assumed I'd moved everything into the spare room and therefore thinks he already has it
3. It's the "half of it I'm not even keeping"
At least it's not in the way of my sister's bed though...Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

You should have put all the rubbish in the spare room and the good stuff under the stairs.0
