Full-time social work student, part-time home-typist and OS motivates me to be a bit more organised & I love baking..

I'm 34 (clinging on by my fingertips) and full time SAHM to 2 daughters aged 12 and 10, married to my gorgeous DH (37) for 6 years.

OS for us is just a way of life.......but we really do enjoy the savings and smugness it brings.

I'm 35, DH 39 (40 in June), DS1 14 (15 in August), DS2 10 and Ceefa Cat approx 11 yo. Both DH & me work full time. DH was self employed for 4 years up to August last year, OS is a necessity but we find it very hard to stick to it! But slowly we are clawing our way back up over the breadline :j

I have lurked on this site for a bout a year now.

Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

I'm 29 and my GF is 30, been on this board (and MSE in general) for about 3 years now I think......time flies when you're having fun!
Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"
