I love being OS and hate throwing anything away that could re reused, passed on, kept for an emergency. Flylady is my favouite thread.

I'm 44 and OH is 60, together 11 years and we have DD aged 9. Also have DS nearly 16 by exhusband.

Discovered this site beginning of last year and its been a money saver, sanity saver and loads loads more

PS Household also contains a loopy 2 year old Shih Tzu who is currently sat here demanding my Frosties

I am 52 with DS28, DS26 - about to make me a grandmother:j DD21 at uni. Have been OS out of necessity for most of my life. However this forum has helped me discover even more ways of stretching my money which has literally been a house saver recently. My colleagues assume that my lifestyle is down to my ecological stance - no car, no foreign holidays, second hand/homemade clothes, vegan food etc but I am determined to hang on to the family home for as long as it is needed.

I didnt realise you had a shih tzu kaz. I love them!!! I'll be dog sitting for Harry the mad shih tzu in July. I love him to bits and am tempted to dog nap him
