    Hi

Hope you managed to get some sleep!

I would write a letter along with your income/outgoings, and show them what you have available to pay them each month. You could also request nicely that they stop interest charges for a while, as all it is doing is getting you further into debt.

Send the letter to the solicitors, along with a cheque payment and send recorded delivery.

As the others have said, don't get into a phone conversation with any of them as they will try and bully you into paying what you can't afford.

Thank you CQ and Caleo, actually went into a coma last night, so tired. Bickering with Hubby before he went to wor too, underlying stress etc. Will do what you said Caleo re the cheque. It is so nice not to be judged for being silly regarding money. loans etc. You can learn from mistakes with other things in life cant you but if you make a mistake with cc and loans it takes a LONG time to recover. Will dip in and out today and try to give support to others who are going through same, believe me it helps HELL of a lot xxx

    Dear Sir/Madam
    Re Account No/Reference No:- 4563210025897412
Since making that above agreement with you, our circumstances have changed.
We cannot now afford to agreed monthly payments because ... [your paragraph added here]
We enclose a Personal Budget sheet which shows our total income from all sources, and our outgoings. As
you can see we have only £123 per month left for our creditors.
The offers we have made to our creditors have worked out on a pro-rata basis, and we have written to all our
creditors asking them to accept reduced payments.
In view of our circumstances, please would you agree to accept a reduced offer of £27 per month. If interest or
other charges are being added to the account we would be grateful if you would freeze these so that all
payments made will reduce what I owe you.
Should our circumstances improve we will contact you again.
We would be grateful if you would send a paying-in book to make it easier to pay you.
Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
    Yours faithfully
    Mr A N Other

THANK YOU Caleo, i nearly had panic attack earlier!!! and i will send this to Lloyds solicitors? recorded delivery, will keep copies, cross legs and fingers, ignore "sara" from moorhouse (it WAS moorhouse not moorcroft as someone said, i listened to message, googled number they wanted us to ring and it came up as Lloyds credit card collections), Thanks again Caleo, you a star

No problem. Do you have a budget sheet with details of your outgoings and income? Best if you send as much info as you can.

Havent done a budget sheet yet, bit difficult, im ok have salary paid in last day every month but hubby is self-employed (or self-unemployed some weeks), really erratic money coming in, for instance only £120 this week!! been living off overdraft recently which is maxed up. He is looking for employed work now as we would prefer regular money even if low wage!we live in a town in Wales and not much going around here, massive steel works but nepitism rife there! should i enclose copy of bank statement showing how much we overdrawn? just in case they think we have money elsewhere? (diff bank) we also have a joint account with Lloyds where my wages go in, im really worried that one day they will swipe that, and that has been paying mortgage
