i got mine and so did my friends mam when she moved its a brilliant freebie and is well worth applying for it has been on before but its good to put on again cos some people will have missed it the first time or not of been moving and they are now thanks op

andrew - yes. just sent it to a neighbours, or another member of your family. or put someone else's address in as your current address, and then your actual current address as your moving to... I got one! great stuff.
