Just a note - if you are not really moving make sure you put a closer date in for your made up 'estimated' move otherwise you will not receive your goodies until after the date you have put in.

It wouldn't let me change the date from 14th July (refused to submit) oh well it will give me something to look forward to!

Edit - I logged on to the account they set up for me and have changed the date to one closer so we'll see if the pack arrives earlier or not!

if you enter the address manually then move the mouse to the right of the send button it works
