Free stuff for your new home

Don't bother selecting this service. Its a con.

I moved in april and was told it would arrive within 2 weeks of moving and if it didn't to call the office, I called twice and nearly two months later. I have rec'd have the stated OUT OF DATE and opened products in this 'move me.com box'

Is this just a scam to obtain personal information to pass on to other companies in part of a marketing con?

The call centre staff were rude when i asked if they could look into this.

Very unhappy that royal mail would use such a con company!

I am genuinely moving soon and it looks like a good idea, saving time and money spent on phone calls. I must admit though that I am a bit reluctant to give all of my personal information to moveme including my date of birth which is often used in id scams. Has anyone else had problems or am I just being paranoid? (The service includes change of address for bank accounts, credit cards, broadband etc.)

We've moved into our new house a month ago and still haven't received anything. Emailed twice about it and I've been told that they have problems with their stock and my box will be with me in the next 2 weeks. One's already gone so I'll be waiting for another week and email them again. If still nothing than I will email Royal Mail as I've signed up through them to let them know it's a con!

PS. I've never used their services, only asked for a free moving box. If they cannot deliver this I would not trust them with anything else!
