same here i ordered 1 for myself and my dad and neither of us got anything

Got two. One for us, and one for my gran (which was the other address).
No choccy biscuits but she was extremely chuffed with the loo rolls and kitchen rolls as were we.

I have recieved emails, but id say only one every couple of weeks and its not very difficult to delete.
