Never got ours, then got an email saying 'did you receive it and can you give us feedback' told them we never got it and they didn't email us back or do anything about it...

I got lots of e-mails Last one said not long til u move, that was 2 weeks after the moving date that i gave them. STILL NO BOX!!

I've had 2 boxes from them now, both containing the same thing (toilet roll, kitchen roll, kitchen spray, longlife milk and lightbulbs as well as vouchers) and no, I didnt request 2..

I very rarely get emails from them and they responding to my emails...

They said they will send moving boxes to me on or after my moving date. Then how can I receive them if boxed will be delivered after my moving date!!!!!!!!So confused!!
