I got my box today, but thought it was going to be sent to my uni address instead of my home address. Probably best it came here though, as it's not addressed to anyone in particular and I've just found out that some of my housemates are not as trustworthy as I thought.

I agree with you. I am aware of people who are genuinely moving and need these supplies urgently, but are unable to get them as quick as they like (or not at all in some cases) due to people dealing with this offer unethically.

Found I had to enter the address I was moving to and, as I'm not moving, I entered an old address of my sister. Unfortunately it looks as though the parcel will be delivered to that address so I'll have to cancel in a while and say that the move fell through.

I signed up for one before I moved and put my moving date (May) I hadn't received it so emailed them, said they would send another and I still haven't got it!
I know it hasn't gone to my old address as that is my parents, so I don't know where mine is
