Hi there, I really am in a mess... Again.... Oh no wait its still the same mess, just 3 years along :rolleyes: What do you do when you're tied into contracts? I know half of ours problems could be sorted by leaving contracts early BUT they want you to pay up the remainder of the contract. Fair enough I guess but we don't…

pnq, as long as you know what bank it was with, can't you just do a subject access request (SAR) so that ALL information they hold on you is supplied. It's probably alot of paperwork, but it should include closed accounts - you don't need to know the account number. And it should also supply details of any charges for the mystery account.
