Ask the Official Receive to decide, and if he can't then ask the IP who will pick over what is left of MAX when everyone else has had a go.

As for MAX offering me 20p for the phone, I don't need it, I have a handphone on monthly payment, and I would respectfully suggest that you keep your 20p MAX, with no house and no nothing, you need every last penny.

There is one very important factor you have missed Captain Mainwaring when it happened to you, you still had youth on your side and time to rebuild, Max doesnt have that luxury if i picked up his age right so right now it will seem like the end of the road for him.

And to start rebuilding at what looks like the start of a rescesion, which if as bad as the one you go on about (and i was there too so do remember....just:p )is not going to be easy and at best will slow progess a lot so i think Max has got reason to have an atitude that stinks to be honest
