is that affected by a BRU though? and how does a ED work, can I apply/request it or is it like a royal pardon? or parole? (had that)..........

Nope..depends if you receive a BRO/BRU if you dont it's up to the OR office regards ED they decide NOT you, it depends on how complicated your case is as well, its never a guarantee you'll receive one though

Try not to feel ashamed max, like I have said on another thread about being in the paper, no-one will see you on there unless they are deliberatley looking anyway. So unless people you know search on there every day just on the off chance someone they know is on the register no-one will know.

Just remember that you have been brave and taken that huge step to take control of your life again...there's no shame in that!
