Hi All!

Got a text from o2 today, saying they had changed some terms & had a revamp - whatever that is supposed to mean!

Said to check on www - can't see anything obvious.

Have they done a crafty one, or nothing to worry about?

I'm PAYG £10/month 50mins & 50texts included.

    Go to http://www.o2.co.uk/terms.html

You may spend a while finding your plan down the side though (and unless you can remember the old T&Cs I doubt you'll find it easy to spot the differences)

They only changed their terms&conditions a couple of months ago - see this thread.

Has anyone else had this text because I haven't. Not that should mean much these days as o2's texts are unreliable.

Do you actually mean the upto 100mins and/or 100texts included. It's known as o2 Online PAYG and there are other options available depending on your usage as detailed here.

I think they have changed the offer so that you can no longer get the 100 mins &/or 100 txts. It is now 50 & 50...I think the other offer was too good so they have withdrawn it for new connections

According to o2's website here the tariff still exists.

I think possibly the confusion is that it is upto 100mins and/or upto 100texts and both the mins and texts are shared. One minute = one text. So if you were to have made 70mins of calls you would have 30texts left, or, using 10texts would leave you with 90minutes left, etc.

Update: If the above link doesn't work then o2 have taken the webpage down (they have a habit of doing that a lot) but if you view this page and scroll down to the last tariff listed, it does mention the 100minutes, etc.

Having looked at the website again it now seems 100 mins & 100 txts is available again. I did try to switch to this tariff on one of my sims but was not available at the time...the closest was the 50 txt and 50 messages i.e. if you want to use just mins then you can get max of 50 mins, the text allowance does not get tranlated into minutes or vice versa. This I thought was slightly strange as O2 were doing 100 mins or 100 txts or combination of both.

Anyway, glad it is back on the options ;)
