OK, OK, I would rather you were not living in the midst of crack dens and skag houses and getting done over every other week (would cost more in the long run;):p).
For water it won't make any difference how much you use unless the flat has a water meter. If it doesn't it is worth asking the LL to see if he/she will let you get one put in (they may not want to as it can make it more difficult to let).£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Depends how new, I can't remember the cutoff date after which new places had to have one, maybe 1993 or 1994??? (but I am slightly making it up)£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Right, I've got a 2nd viewing tonight!
I'm gonna try and imagine where things could/would go and stuff like that as I didn't do any of that yesterday?
Any other tips or questions I should ask? :undecided0 -

I did try to post this over an hour ago, but internet died, so will try again.
1. Is there sufficient space for your new sparkly flat screen?
2. Is a chef provided in your rent?
3. Are bikini clad girls to serve you food and drink on demand included in your rent?
Sorry, that's all I can think of.
On a more serious note, hope it all goes well and it is the flat you are after.0
