I know. It's so sad in it's box. It deserves to be centre of attention.:rotfl:

Do you mean like 'service charge' or whatever it is?
All I remember about the kitchen is it isn't massive! :rotfl:
About enough room and cupboards for me I think. Good sized living room, although will be a squeeze to put a dinning table in there. But I'm happy eating off my lap.
Good sized master bedroom. Easily enough room for my bits and it has an en suite. How posh.
I like it. Gonna take me mum with me on the 2nd viewing coz she has got a good eye.
Do you think the landlord will let me change the light fittings?
Master bedroom with ensuite??? How many bedrooms have you gone for???£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Of course I'm joking about the butler. He can find his own place to live.
1 beds although were a bit cheaper, were also in crack holes. I think it's worth the extra money to enjoy where I live aswell.
Yeah bloody council tax!
Don't know what I'll pay for water but I'm budgetting £30 a month. I'm a shower rather than bath man so that will be cheaper. :think:0 -

Between £100-£150 a month with things I've seen. But like I said the problem is they aren't in areas I'd even consider. And that's not me being snobby. But I know !!!!!! holes when I see one! :rotfl:
All the new builds tend to be 2 bed. Or at least one beds aren't on the market. But this one is still within my budget and I do really like it so am feeling a bit positive.
It's cheaper and bigger than one I saw on Monday but not in as good as a location. But still prefer this one.0
