okay, what about putting the net idea out of your mind until you see where you end up.

maybe you will end up on the bottom floor and will discover that those living around your are all single women requiring lots of love and attention and thern i think you wont want nets at all

Hi SS

Before you worry about nets or not, I think you need to find a place and measure the windows first.

1. How are the cooking lessons?
2. Have to joined freecycle yet?
3. Have you entered any competitions yet via this site to win stuff, rather than buy stuff?
4. Have you asked other family members (mother/ aunts/ etc) if they have any household items they don't want?
5. Also go to large Car boots sales near you, you can get stuff there to get you started cheaply.
6. Have you worked out how the washing machine works?

1) First lesson went well. I can now do stuffed chicken and it's easy.

2) Nope! I know I'm being snobby but I can afford new (nothing lavish) and I like to know where things have been etc. :undecided

3) A few. If ever I see one I'd like I do enter. Don't do many though.

4) Yep. My brother is sorting out his stuff this weekend. He's got glasses, coasters and maybe cuttlery.

5) Boot sales? :eek: That sounds more hellish than Ikea! :rotfl:

6) Haven't got a scooby! :rotfl: To be fair I roughly know! :undecided

But I've been working hard today on my day off. Have signed up to a couple more letting agents and made some good money matched betting that pays for my ipod speakers and TV stand!
