Blitz with a scoop of jam in the blender to make a quick & easy mousse. Sounds wrong :o , but it's truly yummy!!

Put the two unopened tins into water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours. When they have cooled you can keep this lovely toffee mix for ages in the cupboard, ready for the next bannoffee pie.

If you want to use them up straight away log onto https://www.nestle.co.uk where you will find some scrumptious pudding recipes.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Just thought of something else! I think there is a drink made with guiness mixed with condensed milk, but not sure what the quantities are. Maybe someone else could help out with this one.

OOh sounds lovely. How do you make that then? Do I need to have a headache before I eat it?:rotfl:

You don't need a headache but you may get toothache! There's a thread about microwave tablet HERE some use evaporated milk but I prefer condensed milk.

    Yes!

I like to open the tin and put it in the fridge covered in cling film for a while. It then goes really thick. (In fact, I buy a tin and pour it into a tupperware container and keep it in the fridge, and then have a spoonful of sugary heaven every now and then)

Also sublime soread on bread or toast.

And some people put it in coffee (omit sugar if you normally take it)
