    Evening everyone,

Hope you all ok as I've got pretty much a weeks posts to catch up on. Each time I manage to get on comp it crashes bigtime so way behind with everyones news.

My little man has grown up - its prom night tonight and he can officially leave school now if he wants (and he's still only 15). Talkabout make you feel old! DD and I went across to the school to watch everyone arriving, my goodness they say theres no money about! and while it was pretty obvious some of the vehicles had been hired it was obvious that some of the others hadnt, porsches, ferraris, maseratis, aston martin DB9, stretch limos, stretch hummers and as for the girls they all looked fantastic. Exams start next week

As for flying i've managed to sweep the floor downstairs today and thats pretty much all I've done all week. Sorry pigpen, but I've been mega tired working 6 days a week and after last summer I've had to look after myself, so have been going to bed early and abandoning all thoughts of housework :o . Gonna try and do some this weekend tho' and then hopefully have a clear out BH week when I have a weeks hols.

Will have a read through later but in the mean time big hugs to everyone

Pigpen - so pleased for you and your sister, and big hugs re: uncle. You're so supportive of everyone else, and you're still keeping positive. Lots of healthy vibes coming your way.

MOT - ... ... don't call her that!!!!

lol... I am a rather positve person most of the time. When I'm up I'm up and when I'm down I am way way down.. Besides someone has to hold everyone together!! lol.

just caught up with the thread while eating. Seems to be the only peaceful time i get.

pigpen can't say anything different to anyone else. If it were me, i would really appreciate you being my sister and being so brave - positive thoughts can go a long way in these situations, along with fantastically healthy diets. Lots of antioxidants to support the body and try to reverse some of the damage and protect the healthy cells. Big hugs and best wishes.

no what you mean about getting upset with other peoples news - i was nearly sobbing at the news when they were pulling kiddies out of buildings in china - the kiddies were so young, and the parents waiting - i really can't imagine going through that.

lil-me well done on beating DH - you deserve to do well - you put in the effort

jill if you are there hon, hope the week hasn't exhausted you too much, and you get to have a lovely time on your birthday.

soappie enjoy your hols - sounds really lovely - don't forget the maps you printed out

mumoftwo hope you are feeling better now, also SSL. hugs to you both

dougie we do seem to be coping ok at the minute but 18 month old is a very good sleeper and still does a couple of hours in the afternoon and then 11-12 hours at night. He has been waking when the baby does but then a quick word of comfort and return him his comforter, and he drops straight off. NEw baby is fairly good and sleeps the clock round - only wakes for feeds really, so easy at the moment. God help me though next week when DH goes to work again on Tuesday. I am not going to stress though. Shell has kids with this age gap and she does all kinds- i am just going to remember that this time will only be a short part of my life. If things aren't done, they aren't done, and as long as we all have clothes and have been fed, then that is pretty much my priority in life. ;) Plus, someone on here will always listen to my moans, and offer me advice.

Right - i'm offski so have a pudding and custard and watch NCIS - hopefully i'll manage to be in bed by about ten ish if Sam wakes on the 3 hour mark for a feed again - if not, maybe more like 11ish.

Food shop is our priority for tomorrow - and hoovering to avert a flea crisis as i couldn't cope with that at the moment. Must add to calendar reminder to treat them monthly with frontline as they have on collars that should last the year, and they obviously haven't.

    Night, x

Soappie - I should have said have a lovely holiday. I hope the weather picks up again.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm wearing a fleece again, 2 pairs of socks, a pair of slipper socks and we've had the gas fire on low since about 7.00. I really don't want to put the central heating back on!
