As we all know we are all having difficulty with conflicting coupon policies if you have a copy of a policy please let me know

    TESCO COUPON POLICY

    ASDA COUPON POLICY
From: "Lucy Robinson" Sent: Wed 07/05/08 1:21 PM
    To: <r4pture>
Subject: Response from ASDA (Ref #000000019540738)

Thank you for your message.I'm sorry to hear you were refused to use the internet coupon.I've looked at the policy and here is what it said
:Internet Coupon Acceptance The 21st century method is to make available coupons via the internet rather than manually distribute paper coupons to households. We do accept coupons that are downloaded and printed from the internet (not photocopied once printed). Stores need to know that the same stringent conditions apply to internet coupons as the old style manufacturer coupons:-¤ The coupon is in date and has not passed the expiry date ¤ They are not specific to different retailer (Not ASDA e.g. Boots) ¤ We stock the product All accepted internet coupons attract the usual handling charge which becomes store income. One temporary rule which remains current policy until a more comprehensive policy is formulated is: -Only one internet coupon per product item in any single transaction - unless the customer actually buys the product in multiples and the amount of coupons tendered corresponds with the same amount of items purchased. The above does not include Kiosk
I suggest you print this off and show this to the customer service manager so they are aware of this policy however I'm disappointed they don't already know.thanks again for your email.Kind RegardsLucy RobinsonASDA Service

Thank you for your message.Thank you for your email.I have now received a call from the Nottingham store.- ASDA do accept internet coupons.- As long as we stock the product you don't have to buy it to us the coupon.- The limit of the amount of coupons that can be used is down to the stores discretion, for example, if your shopping comes to the amount of £50 and you would like to use £30 in vouchers this would not be possible in most cases.- Coupons can only be used in the ASDA store, not the petrol stations.- All ASDA stores do accept internet coupons however, the amount that can be used is down to stores discretion. Thanks again.Lucy RobinsonASDA Service Team----

    Thank you for your enquiry.
Whilst shopping at an Iceland store it is the discression of the

If you are using the home shopping facility (?) I can request one of
    their
customer care advisors to e-mail you with their policy.

    Thankyou for your e-mail.
In answer to your question relating to the redemption of coupons\ vouchers, they have to be redeemed against the relevant product stated.
However, when redeeming internet vouchers ,( STY ) it is one per transaction relating to the spend required stated on the voucher.
Hope this is of some help.

    SOMERFIELD
Thank you for contacting us regarding the acceptance of “money off” coupons.
We can only accept manufacturer/Somerfield coupons when a purchase is made of the relevant product. This decision was made in order to adhere to the terms and conditions of the promotion and brings us in line with other major grocery retailers.
We hope that this clarifies our position and should you have any further problems please speak to the store Manager who we are sure will be pleased to help.

Please tell me this was a typo and you mean Tesco (not Boots)?

We only use coupons without buying the product in Supermarkets which allow this as a specific policy. That is ONLY Tesco, Asda and Waitrose. Anywhere else would be fraud as there's a level of deception in any other store that isn't there in Tesco/Asda/Waitrose.

Thanks Coupon-mad. I am still new to MOC, can we use MOC in Waitrose without buying the product?
Are there any max amount, e.g. 20% of total shopping. Does it restrict to any partical type of store?
