Thanks for that! These ones (Corsodyl and Bebyvita) are the coupons that are available through the Bounty website (Rupture has a link in the 1st post), so most of the regulars will have printed them off already. But I'm sure any newbies will appreciate it.

    50p Off Go-Cat.
You need to vote True, False, False (not that it matters if you get it wrong anyway!) Then you need to press the Claim Coupon Button.

Did it few times at the begining, but they only took few non-internet print out coupons and only allowed me to use one or two internet one and said that is their store rule. Lazy to argue with them at that moment, so try to use the SS till and find no problems for me, so told my OH to use it as well. Maybe should try it next time. (But I usually shopping at the middle ninght cause I finished work quite late, and the CS desk had closed and the till person usually told me the manager had off duty.) My OH usually can shopping at day time, but he is the person hardly to argue anything at all. Did thought ask him to ask the store manager for the coupon policies, but worried he may ruining all the things.:o

The point is, you are not 'asking' anybody anything. You already KNOW what the coupon policy is, from a friend who works at Tesco (don't mention the internet or MSE).

Just type a letter with the facts of the true policy 'that you obtained from Head Office' and hoping that you will have no more embarrassment now that it has been clarified (don't word your letter in a complaining way, as I have said before). Address the letter to the Store Manager by name. Don't 'ask' at CS desk - except to ask his name! They haven't a clue about the policy more often than not and nor do cashiers if no-one has ever found out the correct policy in that store.

Phoning or emailing Customer Services Dundee doesn't usually help either as they don't know (they didn't issue the policy, Head Office did).

Alternative: carry on accepting the rubbish & different policies spouted by different staff and waste your money having to pay a bigger balance than you need to each week.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi everyone,

I am a new user and coupon mad. I think this site is amazing.

I have recently tried to scan some of the coupons at Tesco SS till and a message came up saying 'unable to use yet' or something along those lines, does anyone know what this means and are the coupons any good now.

    thanks

I apologise if this has been covered in a previous post but I have had a scan through and can't see anything. Like I said I am very new to this forum stuff

Hi honey! sorry to sound totally patronising here, but did you press 'finish and pay'? I work on the ss tills and loads of people forget to do this when they're using coupons. the cashier SHOULD be helpful to you and sort it out for you but sometimes there are some grumpy so and sos on tils!
