    Hi Clare,

I feel so sorry for you over this palava with the TD hand cream- you don't seem to be having much luck with Bootsing recently
I had the exact same problem with the hand cream. In my local store, not only was there a red SEL saying "you can use your £5 voucher on this product", but also there was a separate stand of various TD/Olay/Loreal bits and pieces you could use the till spit on and the hand cream was on the stand!!!
I pointed this out to the SA who simply said it must have been put there by mistake as it was clearly not facial care. I suspect she knew it would go through with the voucher which is why she refused to even scan it even though I asked ever so nicely and then started pleading with her lol.
At the time I knew other people on here were getting the hand cream ok but I wasn't sure if this was an error on Boots's part- after all the voucher does clearly state "facial skincare". So I gave up and got wipes instead :o:rolleyes: which is a shame as I get through a lot more hand cream than I do wipes!
Clare, when you spoke to CS did they say they would contact the store you had problems with to advise them of their mistake? And also, did they definitely confirm the till spit can be used on the hand cream legitimately lolol I haven't got any till spits left now but if I know CS say its ok, I may try to find an unwanted spit laying about and have another try :rotfl:

So anyways if there are any Bootsers near to Oxford who have a stash of TD handcream that's getting out of control and would like to swap any for some TD wipes, please let me know!

I have been successful with the TD handcream and in the 4 different stores I have been in there has been a sign ( not usually above normal time delay stand ~ on a promotional stand ) which says £5 voucher can be used on all TD.. Hope picture below helps

Good point, AM! "All" in bold kind of gives the game away, doesn't it? Thanks a lot.

Still had no reply to the query about the till receipt I've just posted (but it's very early days ;)) it looks like I got the 200 points for the photo corners.

And yes, they are in a little packet, and when I bought them, they were bogof.

    hth

Edited to add: I did have to use one of those rare 200 point acm vouchers though.
Thanks for this passionbsuper.jpg ~ managed to get 2 lots (bogofs) of the photo corners for 75p ( 1 set went through at 50p ? and 1 set at 25p but didn't want to quibble over 25p) and got 400pts...

( shame I only had the 2 vouchers)

there were no photo corners left at the arnison centre but I did get 2 big photo albums £3.25 for 2 with 200 points. not as good as 25p but still good:D I still have one more voucher valid till 3 June so will see if they have any photo corners reduced in the market place. they had them in on Friday, they were full price on SEL but will get them scanned.
