    I've been Money Tipped!
    Evening All!
Birstall (Leeds) Boots had a full clearance shelf today! Mainly Ink for Printers,
Lexmark and Epson for £1! Packs of Lexmark Ink with Photo Paper £2!
Got a Canon Photo Printer for £25!
Also, the 200 points on Prof Haircare (think it must have been a mailing, but can't rightly remember!) goes through with Lee Stafford on 342.
So Shampoo £4.39, Conditioner £4.39, Dry Shampoo £4.99 (FREE on 342),
    still allows the points!

The till spit worked for me on total effects hand stuff priced 4.97 and also used 600 points voucher . The Sa said ' ooh i dont think so' but agreed to try when i said a friend had told me it works.
the trvor sorbie deal is :#
pick up a shampoo and conditioner from the red and white range only plus another product from trevor sorbie .It is on 342 so the cheapest comes off and then the vouicher takes off the conditioner. You should get all 3 for around 4.49! Bargain!

I've tried so many times - in different stores - to get the TE hand cream @4.97 with a till spit and I always get the dreaded beep:confused:

That must be so frustrating Sally, especially now that they have included the whole range. Don't the sa's ever try to override it for you??

I have no problem with it (Just a problem finding it  )I love the hand cream, and the smell is georgous. But I am fed up with the empty shelves. I was thinking of camping out overnight to see if that made any difference.:rotfl: :rotfl: I went lt Boots ealy last sunday, and the shelf was almost bare, either there are loads of lurkers where I live or they are just not re-stocking the shelves.

I have 9 to use up. I keep finding them everywhere I go too. Found 2 in a basket I picked up the other day, then the assistant at the next till gave me one that a man had just refused, and you cant say no can you?:p :p

I only managed to cash in 2 that day but came home with the 3 freebies, and the 3 that I had from purchases. Oh but don't we just love the Boots merry go round:p :p

    Hi

Can someone tell me what a pc voucher is please. Also when you all seem to get these bargains, are they mostly in the clearance section, ie for makeup and shampoos and stuff, or are they actually in the proper aisles. The reason im asking every time I go into boots, my nearest big one is Glasgow Fort I can never find any good clearance bargains, im especially looking for makeup as my collection is years old and I am trying to update myself a bit lol

    thanks

Hi dearkangel, I too find the whole thing confusing. I stocked up on the No7 Anti Ageing Anti-Dark Spot Facial Sun Protection (spf 50) wehn the last No 7 voucher was around.

Which have published quite a few reports. LINK HERE to one of them. I was told a few months ago that we cannot quote from these reports on here, but can post a link.

This particular one has a list of Sunscreens that can be trusted, and a list of those that failed Which tests. Links to further reports HERE

It is an area we all need to pay close attention to especially for our children
Hope this is of some use.
Wow thanks for that - I've never come across that report before and it makes interesting reading. I always though they were all the same - but obviously not. Thanks again.icon7.gif

also make sure you get a foundation that has spf in it too
i used the ambre soloaire facial sun lotion last year but i wouldnt recomend as it was very greasy
sorry cant comment on soltan or no7
Hiya - I just wondered if any you Bootser beauty experts knew if there was a foundation like MF Colour Adapt that has an SPF in it. Colour Adapt is the only foundation I've liked in about 12 bottles of different foundations I've tried recently, but hasn't got sun protection  .
It just glides on with a powdery feel (ooh - get her :p ) and feels 'dry' and smooth straight away rather than sticky and thick and greasy. I love it but don't want wrinkles. Any ideas ?icon7.gif x
  • Hey,

Don't post much but thought i'd let you know i went into Boots in Newton Mearns in Glasgow for 5 pound top up for orange for 5 pound voucher for wipes and got 150 points for top-up. SA said that was the offer on top-ups just now. Don't know if this is only for Orange but wouldn't think so. So 5 pound credit on phone, 150 points on AC and face wipes, was well happy.

Don't know if someone has already posted, HTH.
