Had a quick glance but couldn't see any online *Jelly Tots* Hi btw :)

Talking of MF foundation, I lost my make-up bag this week  as you do lol, then remembered I keep a replacement one. There was a MF foundation in it too - the Hypersmooth one. I don't even know how old this is, or if it's still for sale lol, but I really liked it. It applies really well imo.

    Can't help re the SPF.
P8: It sounds like it could be the same foundation with a different name - as that's exactly what I would have desribed the Adapt one as: "Hypersmooth"!
AM: I know ! I got suckered into using it by a little sample as well - and now I'm hooked !

I'm so upset, I just looked the other day that I want an epilator which is 1/2 price (Philips Satinelle Ice - is it any good buy the way? I have had a Braun since... I can't remember) ... but something happend and I forgot and today one is out of stock and one is coming soon :( My bad luck :(

    Hi
I have a Phillips satin ice epilator and think it is better than the braun one. I have tried a few over the years including "Epilady"(bought in Boots Carlisle in 1988 for £42.99- still have receipt and guarantee in my "important receipts" box!!!!!!!).
I even have a mini one, (meant for face), that I take on holiday. Cant remember the make, think it might be Braun.

The ice pack makes a difference and mine has removable heads so you can use a razor head for underarms(I only epilate legs).

For anyone who is thinking about trying epliating, it is initially painful but you do get used to it and the hairs do stop growing back. It is worth persevering.

Was trying to stay away from Boots but the offer in the Express has won me over, so will go this afternoon.

I did apply a fair bit of the No7 Advanced Hydration day cream underneath it (don't think it's meant for that is it? totally lost with all the variations of No7 creams :o lol) so that might have helped ;)

But I'd always recommend MF as they've been around so long. The only exception would be the Facefinity Compact foundation. Can't get to grips with that at all ;) but I'm probably applying it wrong :)

    Morning :)

The thanks option's not working in the old thread, so if I omitted to thank anyone - sorry, and thanks :D

Not much to add to the thread, can't seem to find a bargain (no clearance lol) but Ted Baker Eye Rescue was going for £1.69 ish locally (not on clearance) instead of £6.99 (?) No bogof though.

    Ooops, thanks CPG :)

Is that a mens TB item Passion8?

    Morning week :)

OH picked it up, so I think so, but I can't see why it shouldn't be unisex  Could be wrong though ;)

Edit: That wasn't very clear was it? lol. He picked it up in the Men's section :)

I too love MF foundation. It is the best in my opinion. I am currently using age renew and it is lovely. I need a bit of cover for 0ver 40's "teenage skin". Once I get a bit of a tan I hardly use any foundation.
I bought a tanned (body?) make up last year in Boots, cant remember what brand, it is in a large white tube with blue writing on it. It was brill in helping the tan look good for a few weeks after I came home from hols. Used it on my arms as well.

I can also recommend the Sally Hansen leg make up, Looks very real! Sometimes you can pick it up cheap elsewhere.

Must take the dogs out, they have their legs crossed!

Passion8 did you get PM re book?
It is called "In the red, a diary of a recovering shopaholic" by Alexis Hall. My daughter has "stolen" it from me!

Sorry week :o just realised I had the pm - thanks for that :)

As for the Sally Hansen? I think I'd try Poundland too - for a lot of the range ;)

I've just glanced at the H&B magazine and realised that on page 96 it's advertising Sun In hair lightener. I picked one up for £1 last week, and left at least 3 behind (must have been having a 'moment' lol) so I might pop out later - see if there's the remotest chance there's any left! :)

Thanks for the recommendation on the Sally Hansen leg make-up. I need something like that so shall give it a go. No Poundland to try here though unfortunately.

There were signs up in my local Boots for 150 points when you bought £20 of top up on Orange- if the points are being added on just a £5 Orange top up then this is a decent glitch :j I need top up anyway so will give it a go and report back :D
    Hey,

Don't post much but thought i'd let you know i went into Boots in Newton Mearns in Glasgow for 5 pound top up for orange for 5 pound voucher for wipes and got 150 points for top-up. SA said that was the offer on top-ups just now. Don't know if this is only for Orange but wouldn't think so. So 5 pound credit on phone, 150 points on AC and face wipes, was well happy.

Don't know if someone has already posted, HTH.

Wasn't there a time delay gradual tan moisturiser? or did I dream this?

I seem to remember getting some last time there was a till spit, and giving them to my young cousins?! I can't find any in store or online... Weird.
