The ice pack makes a difference and mine has removable heads so you can use a razor head for underarms(I only epilate legs).

For anyone who is thinking about trying epliating, it is initially painful but you do get used to it and the hairs do stop growing back. It is worth persevering.

Was trying to stay away from Boots but the offer in the Express has won me over, so will go this afternoon.

Thanks, My Brown is very, very old (I'm surprised it still works) so any new one will make the difference... I really hope they will have it back on .com because it was a good price (and I wanted the 1000 points )
