I went to all three Boots in Reading today (including the tiny one at the train station) and none have any TD wipes or hand cream. It was really a bummer.
I had been looking forward to Bootsing, and found no bargains at all. I did go for the Simple face sunblock and paid with points -- wanted to try the Clinique City Block, but no one was at the counter the whole time I was in the store, and there was none on display where I could see it. Then at the pharmacy counter I stood at a register where a SA was doing something on the register. She never looked up and after several minutes finished what she was doing and walked away without a look or word to me. Meanwhile, people had gotten in the other line which I guess was the "real" line and were being helped by the "real" cashier. Couldn't she have just looked up and told me her register was closed rather than let me stand there? It was very rude and was also my first stop at Boots, so I had a glum outlook the rest of the time. But the pharmacy counter was giving out feedback slips to everyone, so I grabbed one. You think you'd go out of your way to be courteous when there's a stack of feedback forms laying on the counter, but I guess not.0 -
did anyone find a good way to use the toni and guy newspaper voucher from sat paper? it doesnt expire until the 14th junI got 3 of these for £5.99
It is aToni & Guy Model.Me Helena Vitamin Protection Spray
Range is currently 3 4 2 but you get it 3 4 1
Someone posted the other day ( I think weekend ) that you can actually get 4 for 1, as it is 3 4 2 on professional haircare ( I have not checked this out btw but is is online) So if you have a PC free TS conditioner voucher, you can get
TS Shampoo ( free on 342 as cheapest),
TS conditioner ( free with PC voucher )
2 x model me items ( 1 free with express voucher)
.'. only pay for 1 Model me item
I haven't done it myself but remember it from the other dayThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -
Hi,
Does anyone have an Oral B voucher that they will not be using please?
Thanks0 -
This is what some of the Mens Time delay range looks likeThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -
I've got 6 £5 off vouchers that I was hoping to exchange today. No cheap things in stock at Woking. SA told me that if they have the Time Delay wipes in again before the 20th, they are likely to be reduced to £1 as that will be the sale price before they bring out the new packaging. We've been duped !
It's pretty standard Boots (and other places) practice to have a promo on a product line before repackaging it. Gets the stock off the shelves fast. Anyway, free wipes are still a better buy than wipes at £1!Val.0 -
i wonder if they do reduce the td wipes to £1, can we get 5 packs using a till spit!?wishful thinking, i cant even get 1 pack!!0

I have 6 £5 skincare vouchers which I dont think I'm going to be able to use. What anyone like any? PM me if so. I'd love any of the GWP's, maxfactor etc if anyone wants to send me some in exchange!0

Made sure I had more than £8 worth to qualify for the Pantene GWP and paid with points! The SA put the GWP through halfway and it said minimum spend not met or something like that, so she finished scanning the other bottles and tried again and it went through fine!
Am determined not to spend any hard cash in Boots, just my points and the few pounds left on my giftcard. Hopefully, soon I will have another Boots voucher from Pigsback to add to the giftcard.
