Hi all, thanks for making me feel welcome. Just a quick question for future reference if i have any boots vouchers that i will not use is there a separate thread where I can post them or do I just post them on here I have checked but can't see anything. It would be a shame to discard them if somebody else could benefit? Thaks

    hiya everyone,

i read the first page but im just a bit unclear on a couple of things:

can i use boots points and gift vouchers at the same time?
for example: £15 worth of shopping - use £10 boots points and £5 gift voucher.

also if there is something online that i want can i go instore and order it then when it comes to the store pay for it?
im after some ghd`s but if i could pay with points that would be brill!
i know before i ordered in a tens machine as they didnt stock any not sure if this works the same for stuff online or just cos they didnt stock it.

    thanks everyone :)

    Hi

No unfortunately you cannot use points and gift card at same time. You can only pay with points if you have the full amount to puchase the product if that makes sense. I am not sure about your other question.

    hiya,

mrst --- thanks for that, pity as i have enough for a pair of ghd`s if i put the points and gift vouchers together!

mhe -- is that the £5 off vouchers? i used mine to get the boots time delay cleansing lotion, quite good size bottle and very nice, its £4.50 so i got it for free,

    Hi, Darkangel

I like the clinique city block. I have the spf 40 for the summer, since I have very light skin. I like this one because it is not oily at all and it kinda of looks like a foundation because it is brown (though it is colourless). But because it is dry, you can apply foundation and make-up on top. I don't use either, but the fact that it does not shine as other suncreens I find it really good. And it is £13.50, so not much more expensive than the boots ones.
I can second the Clinique City Block. It's definitely the best one I've tried!
I find that I can make do with just powder on top of the City Block, instead of wearing a full face of make-up. Very nice when it's hot!
