This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

AAarrrgh! lol. That channel 4 proggy, undercover in one of my locals!! :D Wonder if i'm on it?

lol, I thought of you when they said it was Manchester and it looked like a Boots (the lady holding the Boots shopping bag didn't half give it away). I feel for the SAs, though, as I would hate to be secretly taped even if they blurred my face -- their co-workers know who it is, and they might feel a bit embarrassed. Especially the ones who mixed up their pitch - like the lady who said the product stops the *anti*-aging process. Umm, that's what I want to start, not stop! lol

Spoiler! If you haven't seen the beauty cream show yet, look away! lol

Seems the show proved my old philosophy on skincare -- wash the face and use a moisturiser with sunblock. Since I've been Bootsing, I've added a few things on. I think I will stick to the Olay cleansers that I love (used to just use soap), and a moisturiser with sunblock. But I'll use up the other creams I have first, lol.

Warning, I am going off topic, did you see that you can get a free spray tan if you buy a £2 Glamour magazine? Coffee and cake too, yum. Back on topic, pantene was reduced also in Walsall to only 45p, dont know if its all over or not.

Sorry off topic too. Glamour is £1 in Tesco. Look up locations of tanning shops not many in North West or anywhere outside London. On Topic
Pantene has been reduced in most Boots but by varying amounts 45p sounds good.
