I was hoping to do this combo, so was looking out for someone who'd tried it. A few pages back (sorry - I can't remember who, and need to get my washing out :o ) someone tried it and it didn't work.

I think that *maybe* the model.me ACM coupons are beeping whether you use it with another coupon or not. Has anyone tried using the ACM one alone? Did it beep? If it did, that means it's just not in the system yet, and it might do to wait a week to see if that gets corrected before trying to use it with the newspaper voucher.

Hi, Ladies. Sorry about the problems people have been having - I have also been disappointed by the etiquette of some folks on here ( I posted out one of the mini photo albums to someone, and haven't had any acknowledgment or thanks, which I was a bit upset by, by there you go - like Passion8 said, perhaps I'll just learn from this, but it left a nasty taste in my mouth - I think we all like to help people but we also like to be appreciated)

Well I shall own up to this one. It was me. I can only say I am very very sorry for not informing you that I have received the photo album or even thanking you.

My etiquette is usually better than that. You were an :A sending me one and I really appreciated it. I can only apologise to you again publicly and ask your forgiveness. Once again I am truly sorry I forgot to thank you.

    Washing out now :rotfl:

I think someone pointed out the reason it was bleeping. There was some small print about the model me acm voucher being for a styling product and not shampoo/conditioner, I think? Have just been trying to find the post but I can't. I'll try again if someone else can't remember.

Thank you CPG - I can stop looking now! I was getting a little frustrated - you're clearly better at searching than me!

I've used the Model Me ACM voucher on its own, there was no till bleeping for me (which makes a change!) I got:

    Styling paste £5.99
    Dry shampoo £5.49

The till then took off £5.49 with the ACM voucher but then also took 2.48 off as the Model Me stuff is 2 for £9.

    Total to pay £3.51

Is this a glitch I've found or was it already known?

Apart from that I "needed" some No7 and got the hand saviour (with 350 points courtesy of the ACM) and some half price P&P body serum, got the GWP and used the £5 off No7 PC voucher :)

Oh I stopped laying on pavements when I started having to pay for a babysitter! I'm all 'proper' and 'grown up' now. *cough* ok...just dull, who am I kidding :rotfl:

Another question, silly me, has anyone used the no7 tanning foam or spray and prefered one? My mother informs me that despite living in a bloomin hot country that her 'bingo wings' are whiter than the rest of her. Sorry if anyone was eating ;)

Hi Broclo - I have tried the mousse and was pleased with the colour but the mousse was a bit thin IYKWIM so probably will get the spray next time. HTH

Very decent of you, well done.
Have to say I also traded out coupons & never had a thank you for it being recieved & never recieved the trade off in return. Royal Fail is an !!! at times but for mine to not get to her & hers not to mine is quite brilliant...:T Royal Mail, you can have that one.

However I am truly astonished by several lovely members on here especially my long haired lover from Liverpool :A . No amount of thank yous would suffice, such a sweetie. Thanks Polls.

I found all the info on the scar serum versus the p & p serum from the old post and list the ingredients of both for you to judge for yourself. The main difference is the lack of tocopherol in the scar serum, listed as ingredient no 24 on the p & p serum(dont know if the list of ingredients is in % terms, if it is then its way down the list!)

    cyclohexasiloxane
    glycerin
    dimethicone copolyol

    isobutylparaben
    panax ginseng
    morus alba
    tocopherol
    palmitoyl pentapeptide-3

Only 1 from THE P & P is NOT in scar serum-tocopherol. There are some other ingredients in the scar serum lower down the list(I cant find the box right now to post them) but the top ones are identical!!!!!
It says on the box"By simply massaging it in every day for three months, we've found it noticeably softens, smoothes and conditions skin. So, scars appear lighter and more even in tone and the profile of the skin appears more even"
It also says to use it on blemishs or stretchmarks.

    K.

For anyone who may be wondering what the missing ingredient actually is well its just plain old Vitamin E!
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!
