not sure how to do it, but i've seen on how clean is your home, once the cooker top is clean , then line it ( somehow ) with foil. so if it gets mucky again , u just need to change the foil.0

I use window cleaner for mine but im sure water and vinegar would do the same job. It comes up really nice and polised with it. My worktops are shiny and always go streaky with normal cleaners so i use window cleaner on them too.

I use a soapy cloth ( fairy liquid) and then buff up with a microfibre cloth. Actually my 16 year old son does it and I`m not going to discourage him!0

Be careful with WD40 as it is flammable, one accidental press of an ignition button while you're spraying and !!!!!!!!Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
Bicarbonate of soda is good for the initial cleaning - use a damp cloth and if there is really burned on stuff then leave the dampened bicarb on it for a while.
This scrubs most stuff off but doesn't scratch, and then the oiling method will make the best finish.0 -
Stardrops followed by baby oil for me too.0
