meat free savoury mince is only 65p in Asda and if you add lots of veggies you can stretch a packet to a lasagne and a cottage pieBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Best thing that I have found to keep prices down is to find a friendly butcher and greengrocer
When we first got married they saved us a fortune because we only bought what we needed for a meal 2 sausages, a slice of bacon etc from the butcher and an onion , carrot and a couple of mushrooms from the greengrocer. Much better than the supermarkups and it was fresh and localBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

wow thanks for all the ideas, they are really good i want to reduce my shopping bill. This month we did it for just over £100 but it was very junkie well i dont know what do you think

tesco weetabix kind of cereal
lunch
sandwich with ham, soft cheese, egg mayo or tuna
sugar free jelly and fruit
harvest chewee bar kids love these
tea
classic tomato spaghetti with mushrooms jamie oliver
quiche, wedges and baked beans
chilli and rice 100g mince with loads of veg between 4 of us
penne, cheap pasta sauce and a sprinkle of cheese
bangers and mash with carrots and gravy
fish cake, new pots and sweetcorn
pizza and garlic bread - weekend treat our £1.40 pretend takeaway
drinks
tesco value juice orange or blackcurrant
milk
water
cup of tea
cup of coffee
any snacks are kindly donated (ie spoilt rotten) by their grandma,great auntie (mums sister) and great grandma (mums mum):T

Yep, you can eat dandelion leaves. The new smaller ones are best.
