    My points are showing up online now. Got them by the skin of my teeth as I sent in the bill the day before the 8 month deadline.

    Many thanks to the OP for the posting - though I have £350 to spend on a monthly bill of £20 (as orange connected me to a cheaper tariff than the one I had signed up for at £25). I may even cancel this month as it is not a 12 month minimum.
  • Can a fellow forumite please explain if I can claim points by emailing invoices as attachments and if so

    a) which format .jpg .bmp or .tiff

    b) which email address exactly

    c) for whose attention

    Also if I send my 7th invoice - time is ticking away in the post then do I need to send any vouchers to claim or simply send a copy of the bill along with my personal details.:think:

    There is a previous post by Quackers - post 161 - in response to a request for info on how to proceed with claim this was the reply from Dexter Solutions (who process all this for boots):


    All we require in order to process your claim is a copy of your seventh bill

    Please can you either fax a copy marked for the attention of Cashback4uLtd@dextrasolutions to:

    You may also scan your bill and email it to:

    We only require the pages of your bill showing the following:

    Name

    Address

    Line rental Charge

    Tariff

    Mobile number

    We also suggest if you are sending your bill by post that you send a copy and not your original bill



    I did this (on the day before the 8 month cut off as I had got my dates confused:eek: ) and yesterday went to collect my points from the advantage card machine. I didnt get a reply to my origiinal email so phoned after a week to check up - that when they said the points would be on my card within a few days. A lot easier than I thought it would be - wont do again this year though as the offers on Orange at least are not as good.

    Mine came through fine - got £360 worth of Boots points.

    My wife's face when I gave her the Advantage card and said "go spend" was a treat :-)

    Here is an interesting point. I claimed my points 2 months ago (£350), went into boots to look at my card a week ago and it added another £350! What would you do?
