  • Got my points now too... I now have £360 to spend :)

    Took a bit of prompting via email after emailing the scan but got the points after a couple of weeks.

    What is the best thing to buy to sell on and turn the points into cash?

    Hi, I emailed my 7th invoice 21 days ago. Been into Boots 3 times to put my card into the machine, still no points. Have been emailing them since Monday and the only reply received was from customer service telling me to visit the store today and check they have not already been added. I have even checked online and they are not on there as pending. I have even telephoned Boots to see if they have any info and they have advised to keep chasing Dextra.

    Im going to post a copy of my invoice recorded delivery as you have to clain after your 7th invoice and before your 8th. Mine will be produced in a weeks time!
    Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.00

    a couple of days after emailling invoice I got the following reply

    Dear xxxx

    Your points have been submitted to Boots, and should be available to collect from a kiosk in store in approx. 10 days,

    Yes, the same day I submitted my invoice I got the following "I have submitted your points today. Please wait 7-10 days before
    updating your card" That was 31st March.

    i suppose that's your evidence if they try to say you haven't claimed on time

    sent mine recorded best way i think if you cant email it to them, got mine ok this way, you have not changed your boots advantage card since taking up the offer have you?.. just a thought, hope you get it sorted
