Thanks to all for raising this issue - i was actually told to e-mail dextra with my 7th invoice and they will tell me what to do from there .. glad you guys cottened onto this before i lost out. Will keep a close eye on this thread..its got my next years x-mas savings invested in it lol0

If the phone provider (Dextra, although I got an email about my order also from some company called Fulfilment@4uLtd (who?)) is reluctant to give the promised points, mass emailing etc will be my chosen line of pursual. My main worry is remembering the 7th invoice rule. So far no probs experienced although my bill was half price fore the first 6 months which has been unexpected. Hope there's no sting in the tail.0

Have any of you managed to view you bill on line via vodaphone website .. im still struggling!!!0

Hi Bubbles
I have viewed my bill online without a problem.
You need to go onto their website and register your phone for online billing then you will be able to check on calls made and go back to previous bills.
If I remember rightly you will need your account number found on your paper bill and obviously your phone number.
Then you need to just follow the instructions.
Good luck.0 -

To claim my boots points I need to claim on receipt of the 7th invoice and within 8 calendar months of connection. My first bill was not received until 6 weeks after connection so this seems impossible to achieve. Any advice from those who've used this system before. Do I bombard them with E-mails between the 7th and 8th month. Have E-mailed Dextra but surprise, surprise, no response :wall:
Any news yet? Has anyone sent in a claim yet?ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -

No address needed, I got this from the Boots website for you
:
On receipt of your seventh invoice from the relevant network, you must register your claim by emailing your details to cashback@dextra.co.uk . On receipt, we will confirm your eligibility and give you full details of how to progress your claim. You must be up to date with all payments to the network and remain on your initial tariff in order to qualify for the remaining Boots Advantage Card points (the advertised total less 1000 points automatically awarded to you upon delivery of your new phone). Upon successful completion of the validation process, the remaining points will be credited to your account by The Boots Company PLC. Where this is not the case, then you will not be entitled to receive the balance of the Boots Advantage Card points offered.
Where a claim has not been received within 8 calendar months of your connection to your chosen network, then you will not be entitled to receive the balance of your Boots Advantage Card points. We will accept your Advantage Card number up to 7 days after the order was placed in-order to qualify for the Boots Advantage Card points promotion. Offer subject to availability, network terms and status.Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -

Hi All.
I emailed them yesterday and got this reply:
All we require in order to process your claim is a copy of your seventh bill
Please can you either fax a copy marked for the attention of Cashback4uLtd@dextrasolutions to:
Fax no. 0870 9063122
or alternatively post a copy to:
Cashback4uLtd@dextrasolutions
Caudwell Tower
Weston Road
Crewe
CW1 6BU
You may also scan your bill and email it to:
cashback4ultd@dextrasolutions.com or reply to this email with the file attached
We only require the pages of your bill showing the following:
Name
Address
Line rental Charge
Tariff
Mobile number
We also suggest if you are sending your bill by post that you send a copy and not your original bill
Many thanks
