    we also signed up for this offer - went for vodafone. however we do the online billing so haven't actually got any copies of bills - i guess it would be ok to print out and send a cop? anyone know?

    Are they not going to require your personal advantage card number so points can be added to your card !

    You got 1000 advantage when the phone was delivered so they should have all the details they need to process the rest.

    Im ready tyo claim now, just recieved my latest invoice but.. I cant get to view it on the bloomin vodaphone website. They seem to have changed it, i have always been registered for online billing but now when i log in there isnt a 'view bill' option under my account anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I sent my email off on Saturday, but haven't received an acknowledgement yet. I know it's early days yet, but has anybody else heard anything?

    You shouldn't be emailing them. You should be sending them a copy of your seventh bill as mentioned in my post above :D

    Please would some kind soul advise me, being a usual online billing vodaphone member, if they can still log in online and access their bill..its driving me crazy now..for 2 days i havnt been able to do this but dont know if its just me?

    i emailed them got the same reply as above
    i have now scanned both of my 7th month mob bills (took 2 contracts out at same time) and emailed them to them as it says you can in other email.
    had no reply yet but only did it last night

    will let you know if i do and what they say..
