I hate champagne, the bubbles make me feel sick
So I would send it back without a doubt, or keep it for my friends if I had a night out plannedLittle Miss Sparkles :A

I had this with a case of wine.Would you believe it took me TWO chargeable phone calls to the company before anything was done about it.The owner collected it and said she hoped the company would give me something for my trouble...hmm..0

Assuming I can get in touch, I'd invite them to collect the item or send me a cheque to cover postage.
If they couldn't be bothered, I'd let the next holders of raffel have it as a prize (charity, local school that sort of thing)
This is just what I was going to say - no way would I phone a premium rate phone line to return the bottle nor would I expect to be paying to return the item but I would try and return it before happily drinking it if it wasn't possible. (I love champers).
