I wrote a long rant back at you and decided to delete it as Im not going to get into this with you, it feels like a dis-agreement between my kids and I wont allow myself to lower myself to your level. The reality is I know the truth as to do many right minded people and thats all that really matters to me.
Phatbear - I don't *think* the above was directed at me, because I'd still genuinely like an answer to my question "How do you prove your cigarettes are for personal consumption". I suggested a chest x-ray, but perhaps just coughing a lot might do it.

Ignoring the sillyness...
The company my colleague uses is Avista by Coach. They are based in Chesterfield, but do pick ups in another areas, their number is: 01246 220300
But she said the coach trip is pretty gruelling (it does go via Dover) and suggested you check out 'mini cruises' from Hull instead. Apparently they are usually for 2/3 nights and cost about £59, but they are more expensive right now and in the run up to summer, and then the prices drop again, but you do get special offers sometime. Avista do the mini cruises as well, but you can also book direct with P&O.When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0 -
I got Marlboro lights from Gibraltar. About £10 for 200 from Safeway/Morrisons.0

No my post was'nt directed at you, us customs bods are clever types and we have our ways and means, usually involves rubber gloves and tickling your lungs from the bottom up and see what you cough up!!!
Regarding the poster who mentioned gibraltar please note you can only bring 200cigs back from gibraltar.

Going back to what the original poster said about health (sorry - had both a Grandmother, Grandfather and Father who died of smoking related cancers) when you buy your ciggies abroad none of the taxes go to our NHS - it goes to the country you buy them from and I know it's your right to smoke if you want to but it does have a nasty habit of making people poorly more often than if they didn't smoke - just a thought
If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!
