soappie - woah!!! Good luck with that one! (you always seem too organised to have a 'don't open me' cupboard.

Me??? Too organised? Don't you remember it wasn't that long ago I had a whole 'don't open me' front room!

Right, two hours later - all the ironing is done and things are shuffled about a bit more neatly. It'll never be perfect - not even when I get some proper shelving up in there - but at least things are more organised now. I KNEW I had some extra loo rolls somewhere - I found them at the bottom of that lot :rotfl:

    I am evil!

DS1 came in minus a shoe and told me that 3 'friends' (
same age-6) stole it off him and threw it away. So out I went, 3 friends had hidden, I found the shoe, but went back out, found them and asked where the shoe is. So 3 boys are now crapping themselves trying to find a shoe before I go and ask their Mum's and Dad's to buy a new pair of sketchers trainers, that were £30! :rotfl:

That will teach them a lesson!

    Update time anyway,

    Hoover out car
    Washing and drying
    HHI
    Tidy garden a bit

    also

    cleaned glass doors
    cleaned living room window

DS2 still sleeping so I think I am going to have a :coffee: and do under the sofas.

The ironing pile area: The only things left in the basket are towels because there's no room in the drawer unit in the bathroom for them.

Under the 3 seater sofa. I knew it was under there, I checked so many times too! Better go clean under now, it is why I pulled it out! :D

Think I should go see if the boys have found the shoe yet? :A

It looks much better Soappie. You don't fancy coming and doing mine next then we can work out if the damp smell is serious?

Thanks for the comments on the garden - it is the front one and was mostly lawn 12 months ago. We need to take the rest of the turf off and finish the other side. I have the plants, the bricks for the edging, just need to make myself do it.......

Still here - just not posting too much :)

Soapie - you are so brave posting pic's :) I wouldn't dare - I wouldhave Kim and Aggie banging my door down !!!

Tiami - Glad you found the I-pod, hope you find DS's shoe too !!! Little !!!!!!s when they are that age !!!

Nicki - We are in Manhester so expecting the storm anytime soon !!!

I have had a mad baking and cleaning day here. Most of the boxes are out of the attic now and just need sorting.

Really need to get on top of everything now I am working and training at the shop - I am in Monday PM, Tuesday PM and Friday AM. I also need to call in on Wednesday in case none of the volunteers turn up (again!) so the manager can have a wee break and a brew :)

Also this week they are coming to do the attic insulation and the wall insulation and on Tuesday we are going on a walk around a local park and then for fish and chips after with my depression group - so a bit of a bad week and a bit of a good week :)

I thought I would have more time being the House Wife home alone - lol !!!

Off to sort tea and some more boxes :(

    T xx

If it means I get to sit in your garden with a glass of chilled white wine and watch the flowers opening, I'll check my diary..........
