    Morning

What fab weather we are having!

DS is still poorly, my mums got him for an hour to give me a bit of a break. IL's came round yesterday and I managed to run hoover round and stuff so everywhere isn't looking too. Poor DS is really ill but is slowly imporving which is a relief. Seems to have settled on his chest now so has got a cough worthy of a 60 fag a day habit.

Just catching on here then going to pop into town for a few bits I need. Done a bit of ironing and ran the hoover through and that will be it for today. Just had a new kitchen tabale delivered so need to make that up tonight with DH and little dogs at the vets too later.

JillD - hope you enjoy your 4 days home with your LO's

Johanne - glad things are coming along, hope you feel ok in yourself xxx

    Hugs to everyone else xxxx

Today I'm going to take the plunge - and take the winter duvets off the beds!!! :j

As we had a day off this week are we going to be missing out the bathroom - or the childrens' rooms? Or is Friday going to have a really looooooooooooong list? I think I'll tackle the childrens' rooms today as well.

If I have time I'm also going to cut out a skirt pattern and start making myself a skirt for the summer.

    .

Took my winter duvet off yesterday too when I was changing my bed. I was still hot last night but wasn't doing the duvet hokey-cokey quite as much....

Two loads of washing dry, third load on line and fourth in machine. I'm washing everything in sight, it's such a perfect drying day and we are forecast showers down here tomorrow.

Got the vacuuming done downstairs. Only thing I haven't done this week is bathroom and toilet (apart from S&Sing of course), but I'm going to leave that until tomorrow in the hope that it will be a bit cooler. I vaccumed the floors in there yesterday when I was doing all upstairs.

Decided to post this one seperate as I'm so chuffed... got weighed on Monday and guess what ...

I've PASSED my first weight loss target :j:j:j:j I'm now 13.13 and definetely a size 18. My diet has improved even more this week (now on to salads instead of sandwiches/chips/pasta/pizza so much) AND I've been exercising more thanks to the nice weather (park with DD 2 days on the run after school!) so I'm hoping to loose again this week :D:D:D :j:j:j

Morning everyone, not done much this morning. Spent yesterday building garden furniture and by the time that was done and i got in my mouth was killing me so phoned dentist and they had an emergency clinic this morning so thats where i've been. The dentist gave me as much freeze as he could but i still felt it so he had to inject a little bit into my nerve, so problem seems to be that the nerve had an infection, so i got a temp filling. I just hope it works, he did say if i'd left getting it seen about it would have got worse.

Plan is to do a bit of power cleaning the day as the place is such a mess. A neighbour came up yesterday to let me know a delivery had went to her house instead of mine and i couldn't/wouldn't let her come in because the house was a disgrace. So i'm gonna get on with the dishes and fill the WM again.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
