could also make soup with tehm, poach with veg in water with garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, then rip the meat from the bones and add back to the pot.0

Simply roasted or bbq'd. Let them sit in a marinade of olive oil, garlic and rosemary for while if you want to add a bit more flavour.
Chicken thighs are the best part of a chicken IMO.0 -
stuff each thigh with a mixture of goat's cheese and chives then wrap in a slice of parma ham. Cook in foil for 20 mins then un-wrap to crisp up for last 10 mins. Seriously yummy
Might make this tonight now I've thought of it!

What sort of thighs are they, are they boneless? Cos if they are they are totally gorgeous chopped into 4 and curried mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!
If not get some of that Walkerswood jerk seasoning, Mr T's sell it and marinate and stick in the oven, hassle free dinner!

I use thighs in casseroles all the time but they are great for anything and the cut of choise for AWT I understand!
They keep their moisture more than breast so basically you cant overcook them! I cook them with skins on and then remove them as the skin can be quite thick on the thigh.
Enjoy though, im sure you will love them!0 -
I like to chop up some little potatoes, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, a red pepper, some carrots, garlic and fresh sage and toss them in a tiny bit of oil and loads of cajun spice. Toss some chicken thighs in garlic, sage and spice and lay these on top of the veggies, and bake this is a medium oven until the chicken is done and the veg is soft. About ten minutes before it's ready, drizzle over a couple of spoonfuls of honey, then serve with crusty bread.0

I have bought some chicken thighs for a casserole tonight because i have heard they are more tender and tasty than breast (oh alright actually cos they were £1.50 as opposed to £5 for breasts) but now i am slightly scared by them is it easy to remove the bone? Should i chop them up or leave them whole? Should i leave the skin on? how long should i cook them for if i leave them whole ooohhhh really worried now HELP!!!!I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.0

I don't remove the bone, though i know a lot of people do. Cooking meat on the bone makes it moister and tastier in my opinion.
I would remove the skin though, as it will just remain soggy in a casserole, rather than crispy.0 -
I thought i would remove thebone as i think my lo's would struggle otherwise and i don't fancy spending all tea time wrestling it off for them!!! Do i still need to brown the thighs before putting them in the casserole???I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.0
